Official transcripts are provided to you by the Office of the Registrar.
Attention All Students!
Transcript Freeze in effect from December 9 to December 19, 2013. Transcript orders placed during this time will not be processed until the freeze has ended.
Effective July 2, 2012 NKU charges a per transcript fee for official transcripts.
· Regular, non-expedited processing (5-15 business days): $7 per copy
· Expedited processing (1-2 business days): $10 per copy
All official transcript requests will be processed through the National Student Clearinghouse and all major credit cards will be accepted for payment (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). Transcript requests mailed, faxed or emailed to the Registrar’s Office will not be accepted.
Transcript orders can be tracked through the National Student Clearinghouse by providing the order number and the email address provided in the order.
Please note: Audits of all transcripts are currently required prior to release, thus the processing time frames provided. Students who were new to NKU beginning the Fall 2009 semester or later do not require an audit.

Please log onto the MyNKU portal, click on the My Records option in the toolbar, and select the Official Transcript option.
Non-current students (students who do not have access to the MyNKU portal) can order official transcript through the Northern Kentucky University National Student Clearinghouse transcript ordering site.

Note: Valid identification (photo ID) is required when picking up transcripts in person.
Pick up of transcripts by third-party individuals may be done only when signed written consent from the student is provided to the Office of the Registrar clearly identifying the third-party. Valid identification (photo ID) from the third-party individual must also be shown at the time of pick up.
